These terms outline your rights and responsibilities when using Google Identity Toolkit, so read them carefully.

If the Google Identity Toolkit is used in conjunction with other Google services, your use of the Google Identity Toolkit will also be subject to the terms applicable to those services. In all instances, Google Auth Toolkit relies on G+ and our general API infrastructure. As such, you agree to the Google API Terms of Service and the Google+ Platform Terms of Service.

You agree that when using Google Identity Toolkit, Google may process certain personal data (i.e. information relating to an identified or identifiable individual) in order to provide you with the services requested. You agree that you are acting as the controller of such data and that Google is merely acting as a processor processing the data on your behalf. As such, it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Google Identity Toolkit complies with all applicable data privacy and data protection laws. When processing personal data on your behalf, Google shall apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect the data and shall process it in accordance with your instructions. You confirm that you generally instruct Google to process the data as it reasonably considers necessary in connection with the provision of its authentication services. You also confirm an understanding that in order to process the data, Google may make use of data centers in various locations around the world and be supported by third party vendors.
